When I was using Mageia 2, my font that I had chosen was Liberation Sans and this is what KMyMoney would use, even though, "Use system fonts" wasn't checked.
Since I've moved over to Mint, I'm using the same font and I just checked and, "Use system fonts" isn't checked, but it's still using Liberation Sans.
My guess is that it's using whatever the end users system fonts are set to.
