Well, well!  I didn't know about that one.  Whilst that is probably OK, and
there does appear to have been quite an number of downloads, it's possible that
something went wrong, or got corrupted.

  So, yes, I would reinstall from http://windows.kde.org/.  Look out for the
systemsettings program during the process, too.
