Export of numerous accounts is unnecessarily tedious. It would be very helpful
to allow selecting multiple accounts (or all accounts) for export.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.File | Export | QIF | Accounts to Export
Actual Results:
I can only select a single item? WTF?
Expected Results:
Ability to select top-level items like Assets or Liabilities (or both), or any
number of individual accounts.
Supporting alternative formats like OXF would be nice too! :)
