The change will take effect the next time the application is started.", too. Additionally, I tried to change the default language order in Plasma settings "Regional Settings / Language / ..." but this has no effect for Plasma's desktop language, too. While I noticed some applications are now in "German" like KeePassXC - Version 2.6.6 Revision: 9c108b9, while Dolphin or most of the other applications stay English. I suspect, something with language/locale settings is interfering with Plasma's "Regional" settings or not in this case.
