Hi Jack,

I do not use woob yet but I think it works like kbanking, ofximporter.

I have a similar error on my computer (opensuse tumbleweed). I think that the woob plugin is correctly installed but woob is not installed (not available on opensuse, it should be a dependency of the woob plugin).

Thanks for the clue. When I try to map an account, I do see woob as one of the options. I'm not sure why I expected to see it under File/Import. As you suggest, I also then get the error about it not being installed properly. However, in my case, woob IS correctly installed, and works. That is, as far as I can tell, as it's a known problem not to work with Paypal [due to Captcha] and I have no account at any of the other banks, although I suppose that won't stop me from trying to map to them and just failing to find an account. I'll have to try enabling it for one of those other banks.

So, my real question remains what has actually failed, and why the configure plugins show it as available when it's actually not.

Jack
