Can you launch any other programs remotely? In particular, can you launch any other KDE programs? Do you get any warnings or errors? If not, try launching from command line. Open a command prompt (DOS box or power shell,) find where the kmymoney.exe file is located, switch to that directory and just type "kmymooney."
