Headings blocked in KMM ledger
SUMMARY
Where I ought to (and previously did) see in the Ledger such headings as
"Reconciled" and "Last week," these are now partially overlayed and blocked by
the next column (even if empty).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any ledger
2. Scroll down and notice what's reported above.

OBSERVED RESULT
Headings like "Reconciled" and "Last week" are partially blocked.

EXPECTED RESULT
Such headings should be fully visible.
