Minimum 5+ years experience supporting a Desktop Management solution including software repackaging and distribution - Novell ZENWorks experience desired (Desktop & ZEN for Servers) Project Management and Leadership skills required, including the ability to self manage, coordinate, and document complex projects through implementation Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong documentation skills for requirement gathering, tracking of issue resolution, work-arounds, preventative measures, knowledge-base creation & management, along with strategic planning. Team Lead/Supervisory role overseeing small team of software repackagers and/or distribution/ZENworks engineers, and serving as an escalation point for issue resolution. ¿ Works with Conversion Engineers in requirement gathering/discovery, software packaging (including best practices), and distribution of software utilizing Novell ZENWorks. ¿ Leads design and implementation efforts including documentation and project management for a major software distribution integration project ¿ Interfaces to the augmented packaging team.
