Sr Financial Analyst
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to act confidently and influence others across the organization
· Understanding of financial/accounting principles and systems
· Strong analytical, planning and implementation skills
· Understanding of product, industry and finance trends and concepts
· Superior client service skills with a strong sense of urgency
· Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills
· Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage many concurrent
responsibilities
· Must have MS access
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
· 5-10 years related work experience including writing financial
commentary; financial services preferred, CPA a plus

*Sr. Financial Analyst*

The Senior Financial Analyst reports directly to the Financial Analysis
Manager for Investor Services and Markets. This individual will provide
financial analysis & reporting, budgeting forecasting and strategic support
to Investor Services management. This person will work closely with others
in team and at times will lead team members to ensure deliverables are met.
*Responsibilities:*
· Prepare monthly and quarterly financial analysis presentations for
senior management
· Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of strategic
initiatives
· Participate in the annual budgeting process and provide analysis of
actual results to plan
· Develop new reporting and analysis to support current and/or future
needs
· Assist in the implementation and development of client and product
level profitability analysis for Investor Services using activity-based
costing model
· Participate in revenue and expense analysis activities and make
recommendations to management concerning financial issues and trends
· Provide support to site Controllers in Europe and Asia
· Liaison with Core Controllers, Billing, Systems and other internal
groups to resolve issues
· Act as an agent for change by seeking continuous improvement and
striving for excellence
Qualifications:
