This position is intended to be a lead technical position, with responsibilities for application design and programming for the assigned functional area. Work may also include oversight/review of code written by other developers in this functional area. Please note this is not an `ivory tower` architecture position - the vast majority of time will be hands-on implementation. This system will be implemented using C# (VS 2008) with a WinForms user interface and web services. Environments will use multiple load-balanced server farms and clustered database servers (SQL 2005). This IT group develops, integrates, and maintains the information systems used to operate the Worlds of Discovery.
