*Position:Documentum System Administrator Location:Northern NJ... Duration: 3-6Months* Please note the need is for a system Administrator, pharmaceutical would be a huge plus!!! *Description of Services Required: *The Documentum based electronic Document Management System (eDMS) System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support of eDMS for the entire US region including EMR, ESI, RTP, and ERI. This position serves as the first line of technical support for eDMS. In addition to performing standard system administration tasks, such as changing user and document permissions, and modifying group memberships, the System Administrator is responsible for decision-making regarding triage of problems from end users. This position is also responsible for technical support activities related to issues raised by the end users. The System Administrator serves as a liaison on technical issues between the support and infrastructure groups. This position is also responsible for performing upgrades, applying patches, and performing maintenance to the enterprise application suite. *Qualifications: * Prior experience administering a Documentum based application is required. Knowledge of the Windows Server environment and Oracle are required, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Word templates, Adobe Acrobat. Must have experience in pharmaceutical/life science company business processes and work flows with a preference for experience in the area of commercial operations. Bachelor degree preferred. Must be able to organize and prioritize work, and function independently. Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills along with attention to detail a must.
