Experience with testing automation skills. Preferable with a knowledge of software installation. Need to be able to troubleshoot issues without having specific knowledge of application and automation script/process. Must be able to coordinate with off-shore resources. *SQL knowledge desired*.Knowledge of license management a plus. Must have excellent communication skills since contact with varying levels within IT development and business teams is required. Must be adaptable to rapid requests. Will be main line of support for agile teams developing test automation.
