SAP BW/SEM LEAD Skillman, NJ 10 MONTHS Job description: BW and BPS Functional lead for a rollout on the LYNX SAP project - GL/FA/Intercompany, Planning and Reporting implementation Special Instructions: 8-10 + years of SAP experience with At least 5 years of Development experience in the BW Area Required skills Business Analysis Manage Functional Design Manage Configuration/Development of BW, BPS, and ABAP Verification and Deployment Support for post go live EXCELLENT English Spoken and Written skills SAP ECC6 FICO Financial Accounting Qualification Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Primary Roles And Responsibilities BW and BPS Functional/Technical lead for a rollout on the LYNX SAP Project - GL/FA/Intercompany, Planning and Reporting implementation Manage the analysis of new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities Manage the translation of the functional requirements into technical design, application configuration and testing efforts Act as a project member for new releases, updates, go lives, etc. Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. process design, application configuration, test plans, etc.) Maintain and support the specific SAP solutions towards the J&J affiliates Key Users during go-liver Also Responsible for the following: Maintain BW/SEM detail rollout plan Communicate Project Summary Report Manage periodic BW and BPS team meetings Maintain BW and BPS Issue Log Train local affiliate on project templates Review change requests from affiliates Manage and support the delivery of SAP BW and BPS company specific config. through the config. team or deliver the configuration and development Manage and support the delivery of BW and BPS Testing and Budget upload Validation Manage and support the delivery of BW and BPS cutover activities Train local affiliate as needed on the Design of changes for the implementation of SAP delivery in line with the project plan. Partner with the Affiliate and other Process functional team members on all aspects of the SAP delivery. Fully engage with Local Affiliate and other ITGF projects and production support teams to ensure the successful technical delivery of SAP. Active involvement and compliance in the ITGF processes e.g. SDLC.
