They should know the key packages relevant in this space including the pros, cons and delivery model (e.g., in-house server model versus SAS/Hosted model). They should also have strong communications skills since they will be working the sales and IT management. Excellent English (9 out of 10 or higher is a requirement). They are telling us that a professional who has selected different packages in the outcome is good. They are not showing any bias toward any package. They plan to form a team around this individual to perform a SFA software selection and implementation planning project. Depending upon their experience and the outcome, they may or may not be around for the implementation Client is using JDE Enterprise One for finance and manufacturing and is planning to improve support of the Sales Force with a CRM / SFA software package.
