The key is not to focus more on the Configuration Mgmt side of the role, this is more of a Release coordinator role with a technical background in Java build releases. Funded to 12/31/09 BR - $45 C2C (Max, for a complete fit) Location: Lawrenceville, NJ Requirements: * Must have a thorough understanding of build and deployment processes and software development lifecycles * Have an in-depth understanding of source code control, build and deploy tools and configuration management systems including SVN, CVS, Serena and others * Very strong scripting skills in both Windows and Linux * Capacity to deal with multiple competing demands with a high degree of competence * A comprehensive understanding of Java build / deploy practice, PL/SQL , WebLogic, Oracle, Linux, Unix Scripting and Web Technology. * Excellent problem solving and debugging skills * Exhibit a constant "go-for-it" and positive attitude * Demonstrate competence to manage challenging release assignments and steadfast commitment to accomplish releases delivery * High ability to work with diversified group both vertical and horizontally * This position requires working off business hours and occasionally weekends to coordinate and conduct release deployments * A thorough understanding of Change and Release management practice * Proven ability to work effectively on multiple projects, simultaneously, in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment * Good communication, interpersonal skills * High Ability to work and team effectively with IT management and colleagues * ITIL Service Management certificates desired (in particular the area of Change, Release, management ) Thanks & Regards, Kiran Raj | Cigniti Inc.
