------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Position: VB.NET Developer Location(State/city):New Jersey NJ/Others Duration: 6+ months Required Details: The VB.NET developer will be responsible for the design, development, and support of applications that facilitate specific business processes. The individual in this role will be expected to write and understand application logic based on a conceptual description of business processes. The scope of this job includes a variety of functions, including but not limited to, application development, troubleshooting, SQL database administration, and user interface design. A strong background with developing ASP.NET web services is required. Experience working with SAP ERP systems. Minimum Skills: . Experience creating, maintaining and troubleshooting relational and transactional databases including SQL Server 2005. . Minimum of 5 years experience creating and maintaining web-based applications using tools such as Visual Studio 2008, .NET Framework 2.0+, SQL 2005, & AJAX 1.0+. . Minimum of 3 years experience designing and implementing ASP.NET web services. . Knowledge of Windows servers and Microsoft Internet Information Services . Experience with troubleshooting & enhancing existing applications . Experience interfacing with SAP via web services .
