Position: Data Designer/Modeler Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Local candidates preferred but not required) Industry: Financial (preferred) Duration: 3 months (Sep-Dec 2009) Rate: DOE Level: at least 6 years experience required Job Description: The Database Designer/Modeler will have primary responsibility for gathering data requirements from both STS and business personnel and for creating logical and physical database designs. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: . Facilitate data requirements gathering sessions . Develop and maintain data and metadata standards . Align transactional and/or information requirements with proper database designs . Design and maintain relational and dimensional models based on requirements . Responsible for creating, validating and maintaining the logical and physical data model. .
