Under the guidance of the Commission's Division Manager and Section of the IT SSOD, MS SQL DBA responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for managing and administering SQL 2000,2005 and SQL 2008 databases, installing and configuring SQLServer 2000/2005/2008 databases on Windows 2003 Enterprise servers (32bit/64bit) in high availability cluster environment including reviewing, testing and implementing the database and SglMail configuration.
