This is a hands-on position with analysis, design and development responsibilities. As a member of the project team, the candidate will participate in analysis of business requirements and translate these into Content and Records Management applications or reusable components Work with the Records Manager and Project team to assist in the migration of electronic documents from the various storage systems (Network File Systems, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, etc) into Documentum and apply Record Retention Policies. Establishing process and procedure for scanning of paper documents. Work with Documentum Project team to install, configure and prepare EMC Record Managers and related software for proof of concept to production deployment. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* The candidate will have responsibility for Documentum application implementation from Business Requirements definition to deployment *With minimal supervision:* Design, develop and document applications in accordance with existing architecture and standards. Evaluate the impact of product and environment changes on the architecture and strategy. Maintain technical documentation of architecture and standards. Support building ECM Reference Architecture with Records Management capabilities. Coach/train/mentor information technology and business staff on matters of Content and Records Management. Other duties that may be assigned. *Job Qualifications:* 5+ years demonstrated experience in application development and support across the full application lifecycle. Experience in application integration and framework development preferred. Active participation on multiple application development projects with similar responsibilities preferred. 5+ years demonstrated experience in Documentum application development and support. Documentum 6 platform experience is required. Documentum 6.5 platform experience preferred. Experience in Documentum system administration preferred Experience designing, developing and supporting applications using Documentum Development tools, Documentum Foundation Services, Documentum’s Business Objects Framework, Web services, and Java. Experience with multiple Documentum Clients (Webtop, My Documentum, CenterStage) preferred. Experience building custom clients preferred. Experience with EMC’s Record Manager and/or Retention Policy Services highly preferred. Experience with other Record Retention software a plus. Experience in building scanning applications. Input Accel experience preferred. 2 years of related experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry preferred. Experience explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical staff using both excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines. * Minimum Years Experience: 5 + * Education: Bachelor's degree from accredited college / university required.
