TO BE A QUALFIED CANDIDATE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT OF Quality Assurance Analyst CANDIDATES REQUIRE: : . 5 to 7 years Experience in quality assurance and testing . 5 to 7 years experience testing a web-based ecommerce application . 5+ years experience using SQL query tools such as TOAD . Experience using a defect tracking system . Good understanding of release and quality management processes . Good understanding the projects full life cycle . Strong analytical, problem solving, and testing skills . Excellent written and oral communication skills . Detailed oriented . Ability to recognize a problem and resolve with little supervision and know when to escalate an issue . Be self motivating while working independently and/or in a team environment . Ability to understand business requirements specifications and technical specifications . Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadline, this could include non-standard hours such as evenings and weekends nEEDS TO BE FLEXIBILE . Demonstrated experience using automated testing tools . Familiarity with UNIX . Good knowledge of XML .
