*Location :- Falmouth - Maie Duration :- 1040 Hrs Rate :- 40-45 all inclusive* seeking candidates w/ 4+ years of experience working specifically w/ Fidelity FM Summary: Responsible for planning and organizing new products, conversions and other work unit projects and activities. Supervises the activities of subordinate work units (e.g., client services, technical support, remote client services). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Determines personnel assignments for various project activities by evaluating programming and operational needs of work units to enhance effectiveness. • Monitors status of project activity and data processing requests to ensure that deadlines are met. • Resolves or negotiates any changes in deadlines or specifications with clients or center management and communicates results to project team members and/or subordinates. • Coordinates problem solving, testing and related activities between client personnel and project team members. • Reviews programming specifications to determine the impact of requested changes on other systems, programs and procedures. • Elicits and clearly defines client needs by assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential business solutions. Conducts business assessment reviews and walkthroughs for complex projects. • Creates materials to communicate complex technical information to all audiences. Creates specialized, formal documentation for senior management/clients (e.g., outstanding issues, research findings, client requests). • Designs object-oriented application systems, objects and interfaces. • Maintains on-going contact with client personnel during project development and implementation to identify and resolve any problems, concerns, etc. • Coordinates project planning efforts with other areas or cost centers affected by work unit projects. • Monitors and tracks scheduled projects and work orders to estimate future resource requirements, forecast revenues, and keep project teams informed of workloads. • Meets with client management to identify and define the business purpose and requirements for major products, new systems, policy changes or related projects. • Develops overall project plans by outlining tasks, deliverables, deadlines, time/cost estimates, etc. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Experience: 6+ years professional level experience including three years in client relationship management and project management and/or a technical field (e.g., programming, telecom/network, and client/server); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
