C2C LOCAL IS HIGHLY PREFERRED - MUST HAVE VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. Leads one or more projects, which may involve multiple technical disciplines. May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including Agile. Uses Microsoft Project, and analyzes data in Excel and presents in PowerPoint. Includes functions in support of business systems management, including efficiencies analysis, change management, software version control, and enhancements management. Includes producing test plans, executing and evaluating test cases, and developing automated regression test suites. Usually focused on performance testing, and may involve automated testing products. • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience - must understand the complete QA Testing Lifecycle • Needs to have Banking industry experience • Reviewing of business requirement, design documentation for completeness and testability • Test Case Management Creating, executing, and managing test cases with or without business requirements/design docs • Defect Management: Entering and managing defects to completion • Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to shape risk based testing approaches/plans • Tools: Deep experience with automated Tools like Quality Center, LoadRunner, Winrunner (at least 5+ years) • Ability to write and analyze test reports across a broad audience Ability to present recommendations to a senior audience REK 2 Prefer Local to AZ Date resource is required: 01/11/2010 Anticipated end date: 09/30/2010 Location: Chandler, AZ Rate $40hr Line of Business: TIG - Information Services Job Classification: Systems QA Analyst Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years related experience including familiarity with testing automation tools Minimum Qualifications: 5 to 7 years experience in the software Quality Assurance, with experience working on 3 or more projects from requirements inception to product release Experience with testing web-based applications developed in J2EE (Java) or .NET framework Strong understanding of Oracle, DB2, SQL Server databases and constructing/executing SQL queries Experience with ETL, Data Warehouse, and/or Data Migration testing Experience with Windows and UNIX (Sun Solaris/HP) server navigation; Experience running batch commands, scheduled jobs, and reviewing output, logs, etc. on each platform. Experience with Mercury Test Management tools (Quality Center, Test Director) and ClearQuest Defect Tracking tool, or similar defect tracking tools. Ability to work in cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization. Ability to work independently. Ability to multi-task. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with .NET, EJB, JSP, and XML Proven success in testing large scale, multi-tiered, integrated systems. Experience writing test plans, sizing testing efforts, and defining QA milestones and schedules Project management (ensure that ambiguity reviews, test plans, and scripts are complete and accurate and that testing is executed on-time and within budget). Process management (insure that testing is performed in a consistent and traceable manner). Familiar with test automation methodology.
