12 months Milwaukee, WI Required skills: Application Operations (AO) Lead: The role of the AO Lead consists of working with the Rockwell AO Lead to perform the following: •Provide technical SAP Basis and systems operation leadership (Basis, SAP Operations, Service Delivery) •Proactive SAP system performance monitoring, SAP hot patch application, SAP benchmarking and upgrade planning •Perform root cause and trend analysis for severity 1 tickets •Provide expertise in SAP performance tuning •Support SAP test planning & execution e.g. VST, Upgrade etc •SAP security, roles and administration •Maintain SAP system environments •Adherence to KPIs & SLOs •Work allocation and delivery of promised work •Tracking, monitoring and allocation of tickets •Adhere to promote to production process .Manage SAP Batch Job scheduling.--
