Vantive Developer Location: Memphis Duration: 6-11 month contract I will be opening a new job order for a Client in Memphis for a VANTIVE Developer for a 6-11 month contract with a start date around 2/1/10. PLEASE keep in mind that there are several Vantive product lines/modules. The one that the Client has installed is the CALL TRACKING HELP DESK SOFTWARE which is called VANTIVE SUPPORT or VANTIVE HELP DESK. Technologies required are : Vantive CRM (Vantive Designer, Event Handling, Screen Handling, scripting) Sybase and SQL (Stored Procedures, Triggers) Java (GUI) development J2EE The ideal candidate will have worked in Vantive CRM doing GUI design and backend calls and has over time migrated to Java development. Please note that Vantive is basically a "dead product" but the client is still using it and is in the process of converting it to a JAVA app, So it would be a real PLUS if the Vantive developer has some Java experience. We need to focus our search on candidates who have the VANTIVE HELP DESK experience and see what is out there.
