** *Job Description*: - Define project schedules to plan and coordinate project activity - Provide technical coordination, oversight and leadership for staff and serve as escalation point for complex technical issues. - Design, develop, document and implement new projects, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing and new CRM technical platforms. - Responsible for collaborating and guiding development team on the architecture, design, development, implementation of web based software applications. - This includes providing technical coordination, oversight and leadership for development staff and application development project deliverables, Lead the requirements definition, solution design, development, and implementation of a functional track. - Review and assist with managing unit testing and debugging routines and oversee execution throughout key build activities - Create documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Clients's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance. - Build and maintain relationship with global and virtual teams and third parties on software development and/or support issues. - Assist with directing development and oversee programming and testing functions to ensure that projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations. - Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards and processes. - Work closely with project team members (Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, QA team, etc.), and coordinate interfaces with other groups (e.g. Network, QA, Operations, Engineering etc). - Work directly with Architects, System Analysts and QA team leads to manage the technical aspects of a development pipeline. - Coordinate design activities, testing frameworks, and other related items in addition to contributing core product code and - Support and deliver on resulting initiatives from the Business Plan and Technology strategy leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, architectural design, use of innovative products. - The main function of the CRM deployment technical lead is to *plan, direct, or coordinate activities for the Siebel deployment*. - An entry level project manager - IT typically has a Bachelors degree in a computer related major with broad knowledge and experience related to computer systems and technologies. As the levels progress, the years experience increase along with leadership expectations, with the introduction of a supervisory role at Level 4. - The technical skills, including using computer technology to meet the needs of the organization, increase across levels, starting from basic at Level 1 to expert at Level 5. *Essential Skills:* *Responsibility level * - Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor ** *Skills *** - 8-10 years experience required - 4-5 years experience with *Oracle CRM Siebel platform* - Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) - Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) - Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) - *Strong knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software (Required)* - Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods (Required) - Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods (Typically required) - Strong knowledge of computer software, such as *Oracle Siebel and OBIEE (Required)* - Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle. - Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
