- The position of Sr. Java/iSeries developer is for an IT professional
that has over 8 years of IT experience and 5 years of experience in
Java/iSeries development.
- Expert in Java, Weblogic application server and Web services using
Apache Axis and XML.
- Experience in manufacturing and financial systems a plus..
- Candidate should have working knowledge of IBM AS/400 Toolbox for Java,
iSeries DB2, Java Applets, Struts, XSL Style Sheet, Apache FOP, Eclipse,
Visual Source Safe (VSS) Java Script, DWR, JSP and Ajax.
- As part of the design and development process the applicant will need
excellent written and verbal skills and should be able to express the
designs to both end-users and technical development staff (internal and
external).

- This is a senior Java/iSeries developer role that will frequently
require analysis/estimates of potential enhancements and/or projects.
- In additional, this role will be called upon to do some database
modeling and/or design.
