*Job Description*:
- Incident, Problem and Change management process development and
execution
- Interface with Infrastructure Engineering, Application, Operations and
Change management teams
- Provide recommendations for improving support processes and structure
- Report Production Support metrics, including: Incident, Problem and
Change management
- Support off hour activities, including incident support and deployment
management
*Essential Skills:*
- Experience developing and executing Incident, Problem, Change, and
Release management process for a large scale e-commerce web site
- Experience working with teams across the IT organization, including:
Application development, Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, Change
management, etc…
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to provide leadership
across teams
- Experience developing and executing deployment processes for large
scale web site
- Experience managing relationship with key vendors including: 3rd party
affiliate sites, off-shore dev teams, outsourced infrastructure providers
- Experience managing / facilitating cross-functional technology teams
focused on improving stability / performance
*Nice to have: *
- Hands on technical experience with application development and/or
infrastructure
