Hi… Let me know if you have any consultant for the below position. *Position : Obiee contractor* *Location : NE , OH* *Duration : 6+ months* *Rate :$45/hr on c2c * * * *Job Description :* *To help in recruiting*, we have purchased Financials (GL, AR, AP), Procurement/Spend, Supply Chain, and Sales. Each comes with the Adaptors (prebuilt mappings from the Oracle eBusiness Suite to the application. I am including below some of what is included in the applications as it may help in talking with potential candidates. Prebuilt Analytic Applications come with: · Informatica ETL Tool which maps from the source to the staging area, then to the analytic application. o Prebuilt Adaptors are available which are prebuilt mapping from Oracle eBusiness Suite (ebiz) to the applications. They are available for 11.5.10 and R12 versions of ebiz, and perhaps others, but these are the versions we care about. o Universal adaptors are available to non-Oracle sources, but must be mapped to the source. The target mappings are already there. o Oracle PL/SQL is the programming language that can be used to change or enhance the ETL code. · Data Administration Console (DAC) o Used to create and schedule ETL jobs · Analytic Application (Star schema) o Fact tables which contain all the prebuilt metrics o Dimension tables which contain all the ways by which the metrics can be displayed, e.g. by customer, product, timeframe, sales organization, cost center, etc. · OBIEE Framework o Mappings from analytic applications to OBIEE Physical Layer are also included with the Prebuilt Application o Mappings from the OBIEE Physical Layer to the Presentation Layer o Prebuilt Dashboards which deliver the standard metrics in various formats o OBIEE Answers which is an ad hoc report writer I have outlined some of the skill sets we need below. We are responsible for the data infrastructure, not creating dashboards on the front-end, which is what Harsha has done mostly. · Necessary skills for contracted resource: o Extensive experience with Informatica & DAC o Experience with the prebuilt analytic applications, not just using the OBIEE framework to create dashboards. o Should know how to install the applications, get them set up, configured, hide or expose metrics, etc. o Should know how to adjust or enhance the prebuilt mappings (adaptors) to correlate with ebiz application customizations o Should be proficient in Oracle PL/SQL o Would be helpful if they have installed, set up, and configured BI Publisher.
