(Process Reengineering) - Mortgage Compliance Experience - Mortgage Originations Operations Experience - Instructional Design / Training (if possible would be nice to have combo since the job will require more detailed documentation and may need to deliver training) - A more senior person with a solid understanding of Mortgage Operations, Regulatory compliance, Products / Loan Programs etc. would be ideal. - Otherwise, if we can find all business experience but not a lot of ISD we could make it work. - This resource will be responsible for working with the compliance managers, operations managers and Training staff to document all new Policies and Procedures that will include all business impacts as well as system impact, work-arounds or data entry instructions as well as re-write / updates and clarification of details on all existing policies and procedures.
