Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, SQL SERVER 2005, Database Modeling, Mainframe Integration, NET Framework 2.0, C#, VB.Net, TFS, nunit or other unit testing tools. . Experience of data modeling and database design and implementation. . Knowledge of tools like Subsonic (or any other DAL), SQL Server DB, Other Databases etc. . Application design and development in websites / portals. Eg. Knowledge of technologies tools like: HTML, CSS and allied. . Exposure to performance testing tools and requirements. . Exposure to Silverlight, Sharepoint, AJAX, and other latest technology would be an added advantage. . Knowledge of additional .net based framework is an added advantage. . Should have exposure to design phase & UML pattern. Skillset: . Having used and worked in a process setting of CMM / CMMi or any other quality process. . Worked and interacted with clients directly - overseas clients in US or UK. . Desired work experience in Microsoft technology as a programmer, tech lead or project lead. . Desired experience of application domain knowledge in Insurance. . Experience of atleast 3-4 full SDLC. Job Responsibilities: . Responsible for delivery customer satisfaction. . Requirement and scope management. . Project planning, tracking, control and reporting. . Team management and mentorship. Responsible for key people retention on team. . Timely escalation, issue and risk management. . Use tools like MS project and others to plan and track projects. . Responsible for timely delivery and quality of delivery. . Able to manage multiple projects / assignments for the clients. . Responsible for meeting the delivery commitments w.r.t. Quality. . Will be responsible for all development, operations, mgmt, customer service, procurement, planning, strategies etc. . Proven ability to effectively manage. . Should have good understanding of Agile Methodology.
