Channels & Distribution Processes/Systems Analyst (1 positions)
Sales Crediting & Compensation Process/Systems Analyst (1 Position)

The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of improving
business systems and processes within Cisco. Partners closely with
business users across Sales, Channels Ops, CA, Sales Finance and Quote
To Cash systems to evaluate business requirements including
recommending business process re-engineering, system design and
technical solutions. Technical solutions include, supporting building
solution, support testing and provide required application training.
As a lead analyst work with the business and technical teams to
develop business requirements deliverables, and proposed technical
solutions for clients in the area of Channel programs management.

 Must have the ability to build relationships with clients and
counterparts across various sales operations teams to align
requirements with the recommended to-be business architecture and
other strategic priorities.

 Must be able to assess business problems and develop conceptual
models for standardized processes and decision support to analyze and
work with project teams to build executive level business cases to
support prioritization and funding.

 Additionally, you will:
- Understand and leverage your knowledge of the complexities and
interdependencies of business processes, data and systems.
- Advocate technical solutions that maintain the integrity of business
processes solve real problems in an architecturally sound manner.
- Ability to gather analyses, prioritize, and document business
requirements
- Ability to identify technical feasibility and oversee delivery of
the technical solution
- Partners with client groups, taking ownership of their objectives to
achieve business results.
- Perform business and object Modeling using industry standards
- Ability to lead and influence others in a cross functional, fast
paced environment.
- Ability to support technical team in assessing programming
alternatives
- Strong team player, can lead or collaborate, able to resolve complex
issues in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills for solving business process and
productivity issues.
- Strong understanding of the sales processes, systems, tools, and
applications and technologies.
- Mentors and leads projects (analysis & process side).
- Receives minimal direction toward daily goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in designing and redesigning business processes.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, program and project management
methodologies.
- Oracle ERP (Quote-to-Cash) functional knowledge is high desired
- Good familiarity with current Cisco IT practices and process. The
ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of improving
business systems and processes within Cisco.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent
influencing and partnering skills. Good understanding of DMAIC & SDLC
required. Coordinates and executes plans independently. Recommends and
ensures proper alternatives have been selected and implemented.
Recommends and initiates projects to benefit cross-functional
objectives. Participate in process review of applicable global
projects..
