*Business Objects XI Consultant, Princeton NJ, 4 months, * Business Objects XI consultant is to help (will work with client team) with Business Objects migration project. The BO XI consultant should be a solid hands-on Business Objects technical expert. The BO XI consultant should be able to configure the XI and successfully migrate the BO 6.x reporting environment to XI. *RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: * · Responsible for Installation/Configuration of Business Objects XI software. · Responsible for Migrating BO 6.x reports/universes/ Dashboards to XI. · Responsible for report conversion & data validation and leading activities to troubleshoot report format & data issues. · Responsible for upgrading current Security model to XI. · Responsible for designing, building, testing and implementation of new XI reporting and analytic solution. *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * · Seasoned developer with overall 5 - 8 years of Information Services experience. · *Hands on top class senior BO developer with 4 - 6 years of experience working with Business Objects software.* · In depth knowledge of Business Objects is a must. · *Applications foundation experience is a MUST* · Proven experience in designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions. · *Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare business applications experience.* · Strong database design and SQL programming skills a plus. · Experience with Oracle DBMS (or other RDBMS) a plus. · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or equivalent work experience Send me the resume on to [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
