· Oracle Financials (preferably Accounts Receivable and Accounts

· Technical skills: SQL, PL/SQL, EDI
· Ability to read and interpret business and functional requirements
· Ability to take requirements and build out a functional design
· Ability to work closely with developers to build out technical
design
