Location:NC,PA or FL( NEED Locals ) Duration:6 Months Client:Direct Required Skills and Experience Business Process Management (BPM)/Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Automation (BPA)/ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Work-flow analysis and design (ideally, line experience in an operating environment) Experience in IT project requirements gathering and documentation Attention to detail Excellent documentation skills Outstanding communication skills Subject matter expertise Financial Services or Insurance workflow operations Ability and willingness to work with our technical development staff Comfortable working in a flexible structure Ability and willingness to travel Fluency in MS Office applications, MS Visio (or other flow-charting tool) Preferred Skills and Experience Case management, CRM application experience a plus Experience with products such as Documentum, FileNet, Metastorm BPM, or Pegas a plus Web application user interface design prototyping Business process engineering and system design Technical background a plus Project leadership experience or potential a plus ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks & Regards, Ravi Sama | Zenmonics Inc.
