Response Time: Immediate Requirement: Title: Tibco Developer Position: 2 Duration: 6+ months Location: IL Interview: Immediate Description: - Need at least 5 years TIBCO BW experience - Partners with Integration US/Syntel/Belfast SME's to develop solutions and resolve challenges - Partners with Integration Architects - Partners and supports External Partners Supports Operational/Environment activities - Provides the level of on-call and on-site support necessary to resolve issues (Pager, ECC, SWAT) and support implementation - Shares knowledge and expertise with team members and leadership to support development and knowledge transitions - Attends status meetings and provide proactive status - Takes ownership for managing and resolving Integration tickets - Responsible for managing and coordinating UCT Codes. - Provides informal training to all levels on the team. - Proactively identifies areas for improvement in team members and provides feedback on suggestions for improving processes. - Supports, identifies and promotes opportunities to support the APT and corporate strategy. - Acts as subject matter expert for broad functional and technical areas of a complex system. - Proactively takes the lead to initiate and lead projects and business efforts. - Builds, cultivates and maintains long term relationships. - All goals outlined above are to be accomplished with quality, within the established budget and schedule.
