Job Description: Experience with PeopleSoft HR and/or Finance. The
candidate will be responsible for the management of a PeopleSoft application
management team of approximately 5 FTEs
Responsibilities will include:
- meeting with clients to understand functional/business requirements and
translate requirements into technical details for the offshore development
staff
- monitoring delivery throughout the design/build/test/deploy phases
- reporting on status of approximately 30-40 open support incidents and
discretionary enhancements and managing client expectations
