I prefer an EAD. Let me know if you can get me ARCHITECT Candidates today. I don't want anyone under 10 years. Tri-state area is better. I really need help finding a Java Swing Architect. This for a financial client. This position is open basically b/c they don't have anyone in there to do it. The client has put in a new application and they need someone to review their existing architecture and make some recommendations. This is a long term contract.
