Duration : 6-12 months
Rate: DOE
[image: *] 5+ years of experience in software development and
experience building large scale production applications.
Strong Java, Scripting skills with software development experience.
[image: *] Exposure to Service Oriented Architecture is a must.
*[image: *]** Someone with eBay domain knowledge and exposure to V3/V4
stack is preferred. *
[image: *] Hands on experience in Python , C/C++ skills is a plus.
[image: *] Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design (OOD)
methodologies .
[image: *] Good understanding of computer science fundamentals like
data structures and algorithms
[image: *] Hands on experience on Parsing and optimization techniques &
best practices is preferred.
[image: *] Good analytical and problem solving skills and a passion
for debugging and problem investigation are a must.
[image: *] Exposure to data mining methodologies and Hadoop is a plus.
[image: *] Excellent communication skills and ability to understand
business requirements.
[image: *] Be able to communicate and collaborate with other members of
the team.
[image: *] Must be able to independently design code and test major
features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver
complex changes.
[image: *] Highly motivated and self driven who can work with minimal
oversight.
[image: *] Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development
environment with short turn-around times.
[image: *] Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
[image: *] Experience in dealing with large volumes of data is a plus.
