Position : Business Analysis (Experience in a Technical Environment)

Job description Skills :
• 10+ years of business analysis experience in a technical
environment, supporting large teams of business, IT staff, and
executive management.
• Four-year college degree required. With specific approval,
equivalent combination of post-high school education and work
experience may be acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel and
communicate clearly in a professional manner, requiring strong
organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills, both oral and
written.
• Ability to be an advocate with the business in analyzing and
documenting clear. documentation appropriate for the Requirements
discipline.
• Expert knowledge and experience with both process and data-driven
structured analysis techniques.
• Strong knowledge of project development life cycle, including the
ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects. Experience
with estimating, scheduling, and tracking projects from beginning to
completion strongly desired. Experience with one or more project
development methodologies is a plus. Experience with the Agile
methodology specifically a plus.
• Demonstrated focus on the value of repeatable processes, including
the willingness to follow established processes and identify areas for
process improvement
• Ability to develop work plans, work effectively as a member of a
team, report on status of projects, and represent the team in meetings
and/or with the client.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of end-user and back-end system
development using two or more programming constructs.
• Able and willing to coordinate issues identification and resolution
between clients and the development team.
• Possess a strong knowledge of PC software applications such as Word,
Visio, Excel
• Completes other tasks as may be assigned by department or division
management
• Ability to multi-task, meet given deadlines within given budget
constraints, and proactively identify risks and issues
• Ability to maintain flexibility in work assignments and the ability
to shift focus, when necessary, without losing motivation
