Two Roles: A Junior Spot and a Senior Spot
Senior SharePoint Administrator
Job Description:
· Stabilize and standardize the SharePoint environment
· Develop operations and procedures to support change management in
SharePoint
· Installation, upgrades, patches, configuration, administration and
support of all WSS, SPS 2003, SharePoint Services/SharePoint (MOSS) 2007
portal servers
· Enhancing, maintaining, and migrating existing SPS 2003 and team
sites to SharePoint (MOSS) 2007
· Configure SharePoint services and settings; Apply patches, service
packs, and infrastructure updates
· Participate in the deployment of SharePoint related solutions
· Improve SharePoint capabilities by evaluating and integrating
third-party solutions
· Managing system security; system patching and upgrades; deploying
custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages
· Experience customizing SharePoint sites is a PLUS
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of Microsoft SharePoint MOSS Server 2007, Visual Studio,
SharePoint Designer, and various other .NET components
· 5 years of Active Directory, 5 years of SQL Server 2005/2008 Must
possess a wide range of technical training and qualifications relative to
interrelated systems and infrastructure (e.g. MCSE, CCA, CCIE, CCNA) with
particular focus on MCSE diversity and back office products such as email,
database, monitoring and management in enterprise environments.
