IT Systems Integration Analyst

Under general supervision, formulates and defines system scope and objectives 
through general business analysis (including research and fact-finding combined 
with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry 
requirements). With the knowledge, develops or modifies information systems 
requirements. This includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting 
requirements and configuring existing system logic, addressing difficulties as 
necessary. Guides and advises less experienced team members. Competent to work 
in all project phases, producing deliverables and considers the business 
implications of the application of technology to the current business 
environment.

Replacing Legacy system. Pilot is in place, assist with transition to Dynamics. 
Position will consist of 50% small projects and helpdesk-50% large projects. 
Possibility of travel.

Skills should include:
*        Customer requirements workshop preparations and facilitation
*        Authoring project documentation deliverables and presentations
*        Ability to documents and analyze business processes
*        Ability to document and analyze data repositories
*        Analysis of existing environments and planning for migration to future 
environments
*        Understanding and ability to manage requirements traceability
*        Understanding of system testing and ability to develop testing 
documentation
*        Ability to conduct Train-the-Trainer User training techniques
*        Excellent customer-facing communication skills

Minimum Requirements:
*        BS in Information Systems or equivalent
*        Certified CRM developer
*        SQL Server 2005 or above experience
*        Understanding of MS Dynamics 4.0
o        Customizations for Dynamics
*        Sales Automation, Marketing, and Service a +
*        Understanding of Use of Workflow
*        BizTalk Mapping and configuration-big +
*        Understanding of SQL Server and DB admin
*        Understanding of Offline/Online and mobile CRM clients
