Experience requested: 1) Strong Eclipse RCP development experience. Should have hands on experience. 2) Experience in building and deploying eclipse RCP application. Should have hands on experience. 3) Hibernate 3.x. Should have hands on experience. 4) Spring 2.x. Should have hands on experience. 5) Experience in web development (Struts, Spring or any MVC framework). Should have hands on experience. 6) Knowledge about JSR 168(Java Portlet).
