The Migration Coordinator is really the project manager who is making sure all the plans that the migration teams are putting together are logical and track everything. There will be project planning, risk management, issue management, reporting type functions all within this role, working between the client's migration teams and PMO . The project readiness coordinator is responsible for making sure everything is going to be ready in time. Making sure things like hardware and software have been identified and will be in place in time, that testing plans are there.basically they're still like a PM, but they're more focused on making sure individual dependencies are being managed. .
