The essence of this position is ensuring that data structure,
integration and processes support business requirements. Creation of
relevant documentation is part of this accountability. This must be
accomplished in a dynamic environment and initiative is a key skill.
Policy Gaps: This position must ensure that client policies are
reflected in data structure and processes and technical specifications.
Conflicting Priorities: This position must reconcile priorities of
different functional areas to meet stated objectives.
Changing Business Rules/Requirements: Current business rules and systems
may not always support data solution requirements. This position must be
proactive in planning for and articulating needs for the new environment.
Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment with
project management experience and strong organizational, interpersonal,
presentation, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data, pursue solutions and produce meaningful results
In addition the successful candidate for this position:
* Must be able to prioritize based on the recognition of need and the
department*s best interests.
* Possess the ability to resolve conflicts between volunteers and staff.
*Exp 8-10 years IT Exp*
- Web 2.0, OLAP, OOP, XML, Web-services (WSDL, XSD, SOAP/REST), SOA
(WS-Policy, WS-Security)
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware
Exposure to Enterprise Database applications (Oracle 10g+, SQL Server
2000+, IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 11)

- Designing and developing enterprise software from requirements
- Designing and developing reporting applications using BI tools
(Crystal Reports, Business Objects)
- Web development including Spring Framework
- Composite application development
- Agile Software Development Methodology
- Testing frameworks and automated testing (JUnit, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Documenting technical specifications
- Systems administration tasks
