Project description
This project will conduct an assessment of our current IT Service
Management (ITSM) toolset against the current marketplace in a formal
Request for Proposal (RFP). This assessment will evaluate the ITSM SaaS
offerings as an alternative cost-effective solution to the existing client
server architecture deployed within our organization today. The processes
the firm will look to facilitate through an IT Service Management tool
include:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Configuration Management
Knowledge Management
Self Help
Asset Management
