Deliver services by meeting the strategic objectives of the organization including service management, risk management, and project delivery • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • Minimum 3 years experience in Systems Administration. Experience should include: 1. Service Management (ITIL) 2. Developing and documenting scripts. 3. Knowledge of Engineering standards and best practices 4. Developing estimates for support or projects • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with immediate team members, other IS areas, and clients in other departments • Exposure to project management methodologies preferred. *Additional information* *Looking for 2 full time UDB DBA consultants* 3-6 month engagement UDB DBA Looking for an individual with 5+ years experience with DB2 UDB v9.x, including the following: • Troubleshooting • Database creation and schema changes • Performance tuning Good written and verbal communication skills are a necessity, as the position will require collaboration with individuals outside the DBA team. The candidate will also be expected to write technical documents and standard operating procedures. The candidate must also be familiar with data modeling techniques.
