The person has to have project expertise in enterprise content management,
not just as an implementer but as a designer, requirements analysts
and architecture.
More specifically we look for someone with:
1. Business process analysis (mainly the business processes that are
information centric such as Intranet publishing, procurement, compliance,
and product lifecycle management)
2. Content management business strategy/case development
3. Enterprise content catalog creation
4. Information owner, location and lifecycle analysis
5. Building content management services such as workflows, ECM systems,
and templates
