Business Analyst will participate throughout the lifecycle of a web-enable (SaaS) CRM migration project (Salesforce.com to Microsoft Dynamics) within a dynamic Commercial Financial Institution. Collaborate with Business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Exec/Planning) and work in conjunction with the Project Manager(s) reporting to the IT Delivery organization Analyze/Document high-level business requirements (scope) Analyze/Document detailed functional requirements (uses cases) and business rule alignment organizationally Plans and coordinates development of primary and secondary research initiatives and reports findings to cross-functional committees Quantifying resource impact and timeframe projections for all phases of project.
