*Position:* Mainframe Project Manager/Coordinator
*Length:* 1+ year
*Location:* Newark, DE
*Rate: *Open
- Facilitate cross-divisional coordination to ensure completion of tasks
outlined in project plans for environment set-up and delivery with
- Mainframe (Consolidated HLBP, POE/Points DB refreshes,
IPT/Prod Support FRFs, etc)
- TO DBA (DB Refresh issues and reviews)
- Desktop Engineering (Front End notifications)
- Coordinate multiple projects/environment builds and continuous
reprioritization to meet changing needs and requirements
- Assist enterprise DB team with coordination efforts for
upgrades/patches
- Create and update MS Project schedules for new release environments
- High Level Build Plans
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned tasks
- Communicate and follow up with all teams ensuring they are aware of
critical dates to complete their tasks and ensuring tasks are completed on
schedule
- Work with the mainframe environment management teams to coordinate
efforts from environment planning through environment delivery
- Update Environment spreadsheets (Database refresh schedule, platform
assignments, and code migration schedule) and post updates to SharePoint
site
- Lead and/or participate in meetings and speak to agenda items as
appropriate
