Response Time: Immediate Requirement: Title: Business Analyst/QA Position: 2 Duration: 4+ months Location: Chicago, IL C2C: Yes Interview: F2F required Description: This resource will support the System Test activities for the Member Profile project and will provide supplemental information to CAs and Nurses in order to improve the Customer experience and reduce overall call time for Customers. Required: - At least 5 years of experience in business analysis - Knowledge of data collection, data analysis, data validation and data preparation skills - Knowledge of SQL query skills Nice To Haves: - Experience in working with cross functional teams such as Data Governance team, ETL architects etc - Knowledge in the health care industry - This resource will assist the team lead in coordinating testing activities, manage defects and assist with system testing - Gather, analyze and define new business requirements - Work closely with business SMEs to define and /or clarify requirements - Provide support to data analyst to define/document the data transformations and mappings - Ability to respond to customer requirements with timely, effective solutions. - Designs and develops system test cases - Executes system test cases - Tracks defects (As well as facilitate defect meetings) - Capture system test results and prepare reports on test progress - Understanding of ClearQuest tool to enter defects and/or change requests - Identifies constraints, risks, training and assumptions for testing - Tracks status, analyzes results and publishes status reports as necessary - Support defect tracking Thanks & Regards Acer Mc Entellects Corp.
